In the first post in this 3 part series, I talked about the 3 things that will happen to every business in a recession.

I also told you that a simple choice could be the difference why one business survives, or even prospers, and why another one doesn’t.

Today, let’s look at the 3rd thing your business can do to survive and prosper in a recession.

The third thing you need to do is find money-making opportunities that can help you and your business bring in extra money during a recession.

One way to find money-making opportunities is to investigate the current trends and then determine what opportunities have the most potenial to bring in money in the current and upcoming months.

When you find money-making opportunities you can then test them to see if they work.  If they do you can exploit them to the fullest.  But you need to be careful that you have correctly analyzed the current situations or you might end up losing money instead of making it.

A more effective way to find money-making opportunities is to begin your investigation with things that experienced, successful people see as potential money making opportunities.

This way you will save you time investigating it and it will give you the opportunity to begin testing these opportunities faster.  (*But you need to always TEST the opportunity in small ways, so you know if it will work for your unique business and situation.)
